just some little thinking
Every city has its share of shelters. As Amrican has "China town ",Hong Kong has ChongQing mansion.In mainland China,there are also places desighed for people coming from different cultures.It is a good thing ,but also a bad thing.we welcome people,but define them using some certain area mark. In fact ,we separate them from us.I think openness is more than that.

Thanks Yvonne, maybe you can spell out more what you think are good things, and bad things? I was watching a TVB programme on Li Jiang, and how the town has been so developed towards tourism. Do you think it's good or bad?
